Volunteer with Krum Fire Department
When you volunteer with Krum Fire Department, you get the training and guidance you need to keep the community–and yourself–safe.
We’re seeking members that are committed, eager to learn, passionate, courageous, and most of all, a desire to make Krum, Texas a better, safer, place for everyone.
Applicants are encouraged to have their fire and EMS certification.
We have about 20 active volunteer firefighters in our department. The demand on their time to fulfill the requirements to be an active volunteer firefighter are substantial, and only those with the determination will be successful. The next one could be you!
Schedule
Our volunteers are assigned to A, B, or C shift. All volunteers are required to participate in a 9-day schedule.
